Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress
• Educate patients and families on preventive healthcare
• Ensure precise documentation of patient care
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• CPR certification and completion of WHMIS training
