This role includes acting as a clinical resource for all nursing staff and addressing patient concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct patient placement and handle staffing levels
• Ensure optimal bed utilization during assigned shifts
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing teams
• Maintain high standards of patient-centered care
• Resolve issues related to patient care and staffing
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse with BCCNM registration
• Experience in clinical coordination and leadership

• Availability for rotating shifts
