In this on-site position, you’ll work to help those facing homelessness or mental health challenges navigate essential services effectively. You are expected to build relationships with both clients and community stakeholders, promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive case management for clients
• Facilitate faster intake processes and housing inspections
• Engage with diverse community partners for comprehensive support
• Assist individuals in overcoming barriers to access
• Promote social integration through collaborative efforts
Requirements:
• Completed secondary education with three years related experience
• Proven experience working with marginalized populations
• Familiarity with trauma-informed client practices
• Willingness to work in varied and possibly challenging environments
• Obtain valid BC driver's license within 13 months
