As a Master Field Engineer, you are the ultimate technical authority and carry full accountability for branch-level project performance. ** Key Responsibilities**
* ** End-to-End Ownership:
** Own the full execution of professional building automation installations—from field mobilization through final commissioning—under any operational conditions.
* ** Mission-Critical Delivery:
** Install and deliver complex, high-risk, and business-critical systems. You serve as the final technical authority, resolving the toughest controls and integration challenges.
* ** Team Accountability:
** Take ownership of quality outcomes for the entire field team. You set the execution standards and hold team members accountable for workmanship, documentation accuracy, and customer commitments.

** Actively develop the next generation of field leaders. You provide the mentorship, coaching, and technical leadership required to elevate performance across all experience levels.

Risk Management:

** Partner with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Sales to assess and mitigate technical, schedule, and contractual risks across the branch project portfolio.
* ** Mastery & Growth:
** Demonstrate total mastery of ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines. Apply this expertise to ensure safe, high-performance system delivery across diverse customer environments.
* ** Travel & Flexibility:
** Travel as needed to support dynamic field demands. You remain adaptable to changing schedules and priorities, recognizing that field execution directly impacts the company's reputation and retention.###
** Required Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or GED.
* 6+ years of professional experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.
* Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
* Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
* Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.###
