This role focuses on Site Reliability / Platform Engineering to support and evolve the Carrier BAS Cloud SaaS platform, ensuring high availability, security, scalability and compliance.

This description reflects the role at Carrier and Automated Logic and is intended for recruiting purposes.

• Design, operate, and continuously improve highly available cloud platforms.
• Apply SRE principles including SLOs, error budgets, and incident response.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and Git Ops deployments.
• Implement secure identity and access patterns (IAM, IRSA, OIDC).
• Support SOC2 compliance, audits, and evidence collection.

• Required: 2+ years in SRE, Dev Ops, or Platform Engineering roles and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Information Systems
• Or: 4+ years in SRE, Dev Ops, or Platform Engineering roles and High School Diploma/GED

• Preferred: CI/CD, Git Ops, AWS SSM, Terraform, Python, Bash; AWS production experience; SOC2 or regulated SaaS experience; strong collaboration and mentoring skills

• Pay Range:
  The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

• This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
