BAKERY​/DELI CLERK

Food 4 Less -  - Responsibilities:
Manage bakery/deli department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns;
Merchandising and sales floor standards including proper stocking, rotation, signing, setting and maintaining displays, sampling and overall department zoning procedures;
Fresh food preparation and production including maintaining food safety standards and service counters;
Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to exceed customer expectations
