In this full-time position, you will oversee multifaceted land surveying tasks while mentoring junior staff. The role demands 5-10 years of relevant experience and proficiency with surveying software, specifically Micro Survey. Collaborating with clients and various teams, you will ensure projects meet all regulatory standards and are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute boundary and construction layout surveys

• Prepare registered plans for various land projects

• Conduct data collection with GPS and drones

• Review survey documentation and legal papers

• Provide technical guidance to intermediate staff

Requirements:

• Licensure as an Ontario Land Surveyor (O.L.S.)

• 5–10 years of experience in diverse surveying contexts

• Familiarity with surveying technologies and software

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities

• Commitment to high-quality results in surveying
