As a healthcare-focused Security Guard, you will work closely with hospital personnel and visitors to ensure their safety and well-being. A valid Security Guard License and proficiency in crisis intervention are required. This role involves patrolling the facility and reporting hazards while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of hospital grounds and facilities

• Assist staff with security procedures and crisis management

• Document and report any security incidents encountered

• Collaborate with external law enforcement agencies

• Implement the hospital's No-Smoking Policy

Requirements:

• Completion of Law and Security or Emergency Services training

• Minimum three years of security experience

• Proven customer service and communication skills

• Capable of physical tasks in security duties

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
