Key Responsibilities
:
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues in production equipment.
- Modify and update PLC/HMI programs for repairs and process improvements.
- Work with maintenance and production teams to identify and fix root causes of downtime.
- Maintain and update controls documentation, wiring diagrams, and backups
. - Support integration and setup of new equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and implement automation improvements.
- Ensure safety compliance in all control system activities.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering
. - 2–5 years of experience in controls or automation engineering.
- Proficient in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development (Factory Talk, WinCC, or similar).
- Strong understanding of electrical control systems and schematics
. - Hands‑on troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
