In this high-visibility leadership role, you will serve as a key advisor to the Regional Vice President. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial processes, mentoring the finance team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. You will need to leverage your expertise in operations-focused financial leadership to foster growth and manage risk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of regional financial results
• Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
• Oversee the month-end close, ensuring timely report submissions
• Provide strategic financial insights to the Regional VP
• Facilitate financial reviews for major business opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5-10 years of experience in a Controller or senior FP&A role
• CPA certification preferred
• Industry background in logistics or asset-intensive services
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office/Excel
