Manufacturing Estimator Opportunity – Salary: $75,000-$80,000 per year –

Location:

Kent, OH – Full Benefits.

• Review customer prints, CAD files, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Analyze material, labor, machining, fabrication, and overhead costs
• Work closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate quoting
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements
• Maintain and update pricing databases and estimating tools
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quoting accuracy and turnaround time

• 3+ years of estimating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, or metal manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with ERP systems and estimating software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Background in sheet metal, machining, or custom fabrication
• Familiarity with quoting high‑mix, low‑volume production work
• Exposure to lean manufacturing principles
