What You’ll Do:
- Own the AP inbox and vendor communications
- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and speed
- Reconcile vendor statements and clean up ledgers
- Run weekly payments (ACH, wires, checks)
- Support month-end close and improve processes
What You Bring:
- 2–3 years of full-cycle AP experience
- Strong attention to detail + organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel and communication skills
