• Lead and grow a well‑established water/wastewater practice serving DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia
• Balance technical leadership, people development, and client strategy

• Providing strategic oversight of municipal and utility water/wastewater programs

• Leading multiple Project Managers and senior technical teams across concurrent capital programs
• Setting and maintaining technical standards, QA/QC processes, and delivery frameworks
• Partnering with clients on capital improvement programs (CIPs), regulatory strategy, and long‑range planning
• Supporting business development through trusted client relationships, pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives
• Mentoring senior engineers and PMs as part of a structured leadership succession plan
• Collaborating with regional and national leadership on resourcing, investment, and practice strategy

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (MD, DC, or VA — or obtainable)
• 15–25+ years of experience in water/wastewater or water resources engineering
• Proven experience leading practices, large programs, or multi‑disciplinary teams within a consulting environment
• Strong credibility with municipalities, authorities, utilities, and public‑sector stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Ability to balance technical excellence with people, client, and business leadership
