Overview
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with clients’ financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial centre clientele.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Ability to create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

PayHourly rate: $28.85 – $33.65 (based on experience, education, and skill set). This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
