Job Summary
The Senior Relationship Manager will be a key member of the Healthcare, Education & Not‑for‑Profit Team serving clients throughout Washington, DC. They will provide advice and financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects.
Responsibilities- Manage an extensive portfolio of HENFP clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50million and above.
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and relationship enhancement.
- Interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess and analyze the financial condition of companies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and product specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions.
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with a variety of complex clients regarding industry, alternative capital structures, and business issues.
- Coach and mentor peers using leadership skills.
- Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions.
- 10+ years of experience in broad‑based commercial lending, corporate finance, or relationship management.
- Demonstrated management of extensive portfolio of Healthcare, Education, and Not‑For‑Profit clients with revenues >$50million.
- Proven record of prospecting new business, enhancing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
- Professional sales skills, including planning, execution, and follow‑up of client meetings.
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
- Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training (preferred).
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership ability and experience organizing and leading teams.
- Required securities licenses: SIE, Series7, and Series
63 within 180days of start date.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field; MBA desirable.
- Knowledge of the market and active participation in local community organizations.
- Established networking contacts and centers of influence in the market.
- Interest in working in a specialty team focused on Healthcare, Education, and NFP institutions.
1st shift (United States). 40 hours per week.
CompensationAnnualized salary range: $140,000 to $235,000, plus discretionary incentive eligibility.
