Truck Driver - Local Class B - Logistics

Immediate Opportunities:
Full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers

Earn $30.42 per hour, overtime after 40 hours.

Local, home daily.

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety for all

What you will do:

• Loading and unloading crates of groceries to grocery stores
• Home daily

Schedule:

• Floater: schedule as needed, typically dispatch between 9pm-11pm
• Days and hours vary based on coverage needed
• Operation operates 24 hours 7 days a week

• Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Work required schedule, location, complete Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening.
• Position regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive. Must be capable of operating in a constant state of alertness and safety.

• Must have sight and hearing, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
