• Active Florida teaching certificate in Science (Grades 6‑12) or eligibility for Florida reciprocity.
• For out‑of‑state certification, unexpired professional educator certificate in the subject area.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with majors such as Bacteriology, Biology, Biological Sciences, Biomechanics, Botany, Dentistry, Medicine, Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Genetics, Kinesiology, Life Science, Marine Biology, Microbiology, Zoology, Veterinary Medicine, or Osteopathy.
