The Opportunity

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team to lead on complex advisory engagements and support growth of the business.

• Participate in client engagements in financial and non-financial service sectors.
• Collaborate with the manager and client to determine a FAAS strategy addressing risk, managing client expectations regarding deliverables, and ensuring the engagement work product is client-focused, clear, accurate and well-presented.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Work with other service lines to provide integrated service delivery.

• A bachelor’s degree and approximately 2 to 4 years of related work experience
• An undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting and/or another appropriate academic major
• CPA/CA/ACCA certification
• Big 4 experience (audit or advisory) and relevant business/industry experience to meet special needs

• Proactivity, accountability and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities, allocate resources, and communicate effectively
