Zakat Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation, filing, and payment of Zakat, VAT, WHT, and any other applicable taxes.
- Monitor updates and circulars issued by ZATCA and apply relevant changes in company policies and filings.
- Prepare and submit periodic Zakat and tax returns through the ZATCA portal.
- Maintain accurate and complete records supporting Zakat and tax submissions.
- Reconcile ZATCA submissions with financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with auditors and ZATCA inspectors during assessments, audits, or inquiries.
- Prepare necessary schedules and respond to ZATCA queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide management with updates on Zakat/tax obligations and financial implications.
- Advise departments on ZATCA compliance requirements (e.g., VAT invoices, WHT on suppliers).
