Senior Consultant – Data & Analytics (Finance Transformation)

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Data & Analytics practice in Riyadh, supporting leading organizations across the Middle East in transforming their CFO functions into modern, data-driven, and technology-enabled finance organizations.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technology
, where you will help CFO organizations redesign operating models, embed AI-enabled capabilities, and unlock value through advanced analytics and intelligent automation.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering end-to-end Finance Transformation programmes
, working closely with senior client stakeholders to modernise finance functions and improve enterprise performance.

Key focus areas include:

• Finance strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) design for CFO organisations, including governance, processes, and technology enablement
• AI-driven Finance Transformation, bridging finance and technology teams to design and implement AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation use cases
• Finance Performance Management transformation, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting using advanced analytics
• Accounting and Close optimisation, improving financial close processes through automation and digital tools while supporting IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Treasury transformation, designing and implementing modern treasury operating models and systems
• Leading cross-functional transformation work streams across finance, business, and technology
• Supporting Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activities, aligning finance operating models across merged organisations
• Supporting business development, client proposals, and senior stakeholder engagement to grow finance transformation capabilities in the region

We are looking for candidates with:

• Several years of experience in consulting or industry roles within Finance Transformation, CFO advisory, or Data & Analytics
• Experience leading work streams or sub-projects in complex transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of finance processes, management accounting, and performance management frameworks
• Knowledge of AI in finance
  , including automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making use cases
• Experience working in agile delivery environments; familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe is an advantage
• Exposure to enterprise finance systems such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA or Oracle (desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with CFOs and senior finance leaders
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience mentoring junior team members within project or programme environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Information Technology
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
