Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist role based in Al Khobar. The specialist will be responsible for improving and managing the company’s complete digital presence, online marketing activities, product positioning, and e‑commerce operations for MMT’s precision measurement and industrial technology solutions.

The role requires a combination of technical marketing expertise, SEO optimization, e‑commerce management, analytical thinking, and understanding of industrial and electronic products. The candidate will work closely with management, sales, and technical teams to improve digital performance, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage and improve company branding and online presence.
  • Handle social media marketing, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Support internal company marketing activities and marketing process improvements.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing with product positioning and sales objectives.
E‑Commerce & Website Management
  • Manage and optimize the company Shopify store.
  • Update products, technical specifications, product images, and datasheets.
  • Improve website structure, navigation, and user experience (UI/UX).
  • Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns and product categories.
  • Maintain website content accuracy and overall digital consistency.
Product Research & Technical Content
  • Study and understand precision measurement devices and industrial testing equipment.
  • Analyze product datasheets and technical specifications.
  • Write professional technical and marketing‑oriented product descriptions.
  • Improve product presentation and digital product positioning.
  • Support technical content creation for industrial and engineering audiences.
SEO & Performance Optimization
  • Implement and manage On-Page SEO and Technical SEO improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize all website keywords and metadata.

    Improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Manage Google Search Console, indexing, and search performance monitoring.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and technical structure.
Analytics & Technical Integration
  • Configure and manage:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion Tracking
  • Performance monitoring tools
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance data.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and lead generation.
Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze industrial and technology brands within the testing and measurement sector.
  • Monitor competitor keywords, positioning, and digital strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and digital improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing with hands‑on experience managing integrated campaigns.
  • Experience managing Shopify stores and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Technical SEO, and website optimization.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
