- Identify and secure new accommodation contracts with companies and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers responsible for accommodation requirements.
- Promote and market our accommodation facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the Eastern Province.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term accommodation agreements.
- Proven business development and sales experience in accommodation, camps, housing, or corporate accommodation services, with a strong preference for experience in Al Khobar and Jubail.
- Established network of clients and key decision-makers within the Eastern Province, particularly among companies requiring accommodation solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of securing accommodation contracts, increasing occupancy rates, and generating sustainable revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the accommodation market and client requirements in Al Khobar, Jubail, and the wider Eastern Province.
- Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close accommodation contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of delivering immediate business results through existing industry connections.
