About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to run various sites with clients. The role involves managing a cleaning team, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for planned and periodic cleaning.

Responsibilities include adhering to health and safety procedures, carrying out routine planned and periodic cleaning audits, delivering monthly training, monitoring cleanliness standards, overseeing the use of materials and equipment, monitoring stocks, and handling any issues professionally.

Requirements: previous supervisory experience, working with a large team in cleaning, knowledge of equipment, materials and approved chemicals. Full training on COSHH will be provided.

The ideal candidate can work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, is forward‑thinking, has a positive can‑do attitude, good communication skills, is reliable, hardworking, and can work independently.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 16:30pm.

Minimum of 2 years driving experience and a full UK driving licence are required for van fleet insurance.
