As HDR’s Industrial Wastewater Program Lead, you will bring over 10 years of specialized experience in industrial water treatment systems. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop business strategies, guide engineering teams, and ensure client expectations are met. Collaborating on strategic projects, you will drive proposals and relationship growth within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct business development of IWW services in North America
• Lead proposal and technical efforts for client engagement
• Provide expert guidance on engineering design projects
• Monitor site visits for technical evaluations
• Develop conceptual designs and analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience
• Active Professional Engineering registration
• Skilled in team management and collaboration
