Cere Core is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our team in Kissimmee, FL at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital.

Overview

The Technical Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. In this role you will be responsible for providing deskside technical support and technical support for end-users, systems and hardware across our ~400 bed hospital. The Technical Analyst will be doing things such as, but not limited to, re-imaging computers, setting up network devices, setting up printers, install and remove software, help troubleshoot end users issues related to computers, phones, printers and performing deployment of those things.

Common issues include computer not turning on, scanning is not working, printer's paper is jammed, printer not available to a user, phones not working, static, etc.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
  • Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
  • Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
  • Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Requirements
  • 2-7+ years of End-User Computing technical support experience
  • 2-7+ years of experience troubleshooting user devices deskside
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise specific requirements
  • Customer service / servant focused customer support
  • Ability to handle tasks and self motivate and prioritize based on needs and communication from leadership.
