Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Mon – Fri, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and support controlled entry procedures for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site protocols.
• Perform assigned armed post duties while maintaining professional presence, handling security‑related concerns, and following all applicable post orders, use of force guidelines, and reporting requirements.

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
