We are hiring a Sheet Metal Journeyperson to join our HVAC division. This is a full-time, permanent position for someone with deep experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, and high-rise residential sheet metal installations. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background, a team-first mindset, and a passion for mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Install sheet metal systems and HVAC equipment in a variety of building types
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with apprentices and provide on-the-job mentorship
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with the project team and supervisors

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant installation experience
• Valid 308A Sheet Metal Worker Certificate (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Experience mentoring apprentices is an asset
