About the Role:
We are hiring Campaign Managers to oversee political campaigns in West Bengal. You’ll ideate campaign strategies, manage the campaign end-to-end, and ensure on-ground execution
Key Responsibilities:
● Ideate, plan, and execute political campaign strategies
● Lead and supervise your campaign team
● Track and report campaign performance
● Coordinate with leadership, solve campaign issues, and ensure smooth execution
● Conduct team briefings and reviews
Eligibility Criteria:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in team management or similar work.
● Strong leadership and coordination skills.
● Familiarity with West Bengal’s Political landscape and the local language.
Mandatory Requirements:
● Traveling and accommodation will be provided by the company.
● Smartphone and laptop for coordination.
● Language:
Bengali with Hindi or English.
Preferred
Skills:
● Experience in political campaigns or related projects.
● Strong communication and problem-solving.
