Position:  HR Manager in Georgia
HR Manager for Budding Tech Startup

This position requires relocation to Kutaisi, Georgia!

You will have strategic and operational responsibility for the following areas:

Build the HR team from zero (10+ positions projected)
Train and coach the HR team to grow them into professionals
Create the HR strategy and manage its implementation
Establish HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, administration, policies, performance) based on a mix of best practices and innovation
Plan and perform executive search campaigns
Strategically plan our graduate development and scholarship program that are based on the German educational system
Develop career and training plans with key performers on all levels
Liaise with our Head of Learning in order to ensure lectures are being synced with practice

Position Requirements
Bachelor,   1 to 2 Years work experience
You’re our ideal candidate if you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in the HR area
Have at least 2 years of experience as a manager in any area
Are used to communicate in English
Have great communication skills
Love to convert strategic goals into actions and follow through
Enjoy supporting young talent to grow into professionals
You have great organizational skills, and can provide structure to the departme
Required Language Skills:
