The Role
To support the company's strategic objectives and long-term growth by identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence and financial modeling, and preparing comprehensive investment memoranda. This role also involves managing and monitoring portfolio companies, assessing their performance, recommending exit strategies, and ensuring all activities align with the company's investment goals.
About YouAn ideal candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or telecommunication engineering, or a similar discipline, with relevant experience.
- 68 years of experience in investment management or a related field.
- Prior exposure to private equity, venture capital, or portfolio management is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Deep understanding of investment strategies, equity investments, and exit planning.
- Familiarity with the ICT industry is a must.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools.
