Digital Marketing Lead

A fast-growing Company is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid performance channels. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution.

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and Snapchat
• Drive customer acquisition, ROAS optimization, and full-funnel performance
• Lead A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Manage significant monthly ad budgets with a performance-first mindset
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and data teams to build high-converting campaigns
• Report on KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, and revenue attribution
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and e-commerce trends

• 5–8 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, majority in e-commerce or retail
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
• Strong grasp of performance funnels, attribution models, and analytics tools.
• Experience with Tik Tok Ads and influencer/affiliate performance marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset comfortable pulling insights from data and acting on them fast
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Arabic language is an added advantage.
