Test Engineer

We are seeking a Test Engineer for a very important client

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:
Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University) DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS Autonomy:

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, experience with test execution and data analysis, proficiency in relevant tools and software, excellent communication and reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools, experience with automation or programming (e.g., Python, LabVIEW), familiarity with CAD design for test fixture development, prior exposure to Client products or medical device testing, and certifications in quality systems or testing standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ)

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
