We are seeking a
** Global Senior Product Operations Manager – Digital Health
** to serve as the
** operational leader and integrator
** for our Digital Health marketing organization. This role is designed for a
** high‐potential, hands‐on operator
** who brings strong program management discipline, operational rigor, and digital product fluency — and who is eager to grow into broader digital health leadership over time.
This individual contributor role will work closely with senior Digital Health leadership and function as a
** trusted operating partner**, helping translate strategy into execution while building the processes, cadence, and structures needed to scale SaaS and recurring‐revenue businesses.

This role includes global travel approximately 20% of the time and regularly interacts with global partners and stakeholders requiring meetings after normal business hours as needed.
** A Day in the Life
** You’ll act as the
** operational backbone
** of the Digital Health marketing team, owning planning cycles, managing programs, tracking execution, and coordinating across product, marketing, R&D, finance, and regions.
You’ll be deeply involved in how decisions get made, how investments are tracked, and how priorities move from idea to execution — giving you meaningful exposure to both
** strategy and scale**.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Product & Marketing Operations Leadership
*** Own day‐to‐day
** product and marketing operations
** for the Digital Health marketing organization
* Establish and run operating rhythms (annual planning, quarterly reviews, portfolio readouts)
* Serve as the connective tissue between
** upstream product marketing
** and
** downstream/global marketing
*** Bring structure, clarity, and predictability to how work is planned and executed
** Program & Portfolio Management
*** Lead cross‐functional programs spanning product strategy, launches, lifecycle management, and growth initiatives
* Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across multiple initiatives
* Ensure alignment on priorities, sequencing, and resourcing across teams
* Proactively surface risks and tradeoffs to enable timely decision‐making
** Digital Transformation & SaaS Enablement
*** Support ACM’s
