Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Aster Place Assisted Living. Full-time evening and full-time night shifts available. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, providing a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in alignment with professional standards and facility policies.
- Demonstrate a supportive presence and create a comforting atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents’ needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Work toward the common goal of delivering excellent resident care and positive outcomes.
- Maintain interpersonal communication to support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
