Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem | Orange County
Location: Orange County: OC South + OC Main (Lower Half) - San Clemente, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Irvine, Newport Beach & surrounding areas
Schedule: Per Diem / PRN (Flexible Scheduling)

- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (home health experience preferred)
- Experience in rehab, geriatric care, or community health is a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Orange County – San Clemente, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Irvine, and Newport Beach
- Home Health RN experience
- Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification
- Experience with mobile therapy or home‑based care models
Pay-Per-Visit: $110 USD – $140 USD
