Regal Kia is looking for self-motivated and career-driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.

Respond to inquiries from customers via email, text, phone, and in person in a timely manner.

Properly demonstrate the product and perform test drives.

Sell vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features.

Provide outstanding customer service by building relationships with new and returning clients.

Interact professionally with customers and fellow employees alike.

Follow through with post-sale support, ensuring customers remain satisfied and informed.

Qualifications Automotive sales experience is preferred but not necessarily required.

Must be professional, well spoken, and have the ability to communicate clearly via phone, text, email, and in person.

Must be driven and have a desire to succeed.

We are a Drug Free Workplace - Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Must have clean and valid driver’s license.

Basic computer skills
