Security Officer Lobby Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting residents, visitors, and staff, verifying identification and/or visitor information, and documenting entry activity;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate;
Support a welcoming front desk environment by answering questions, providing directions, and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or concerning activity to the appropriate personnel;
Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to front desk activity, incidents, and/or security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures
