- Be legally able to work in the United States.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Be comfortable getting dirty & working outside and inside.
- Be able to climb ladders, work outside, lift 75 lbs., work in elevated spaces, and occasionally in confined spaces.
- Have a good driving record for the lead tech role to take home service vehicle and if not personal transportation to meet with your partner or at the job site.
- Work well in a team and individually.
- Be a self-starter with strong follow through and ability to meet deadlines.
- Have a customer service mentality and good communication skills.
