The Showroom Operations Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution of showroom operations, ensuring the space runs efficiently and maintains high standards of organization, accuracy, and presentation. This role manages inventory handling, supports receiving and stock organization, and works closely with showroom management to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management- Open and close the showroom according to established procedures
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock levels and replenishment
- Complete and submit a daily operational scorecard to management
- Driving & Delivery
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers or other locations
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise while maintaining product quality
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery, providing excellent customer service
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Ensure a positive, efficient, and courteous shopping experience
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely, professional manner
- Provide operational support to sales associates as needed
- Assist with setup and breakdown of promotions, displays, and showroom events
- Ensure promotional signage and materials are current and accurate
- Process sales transactions during peak times to support the sales floor
- Maintain product displays to company standards
- Ensure products are properly priced and labeled
- Execute merchandising plans and directives from management
- Work closely with the showroom team to maintain a productive work environment
- Communicate operational issues, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities to the Showroom Manager
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to showroom performance goals
