Full Time 37.5 hrs per week, will include occasional evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays to be worked at the John Hewitt Suite at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Pendle House in Nelson and Daisyfield Mill, there may be a requirement to work at other sites. About

the Role

The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Team Administrator to join our Urgent Care Service on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role will support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service and also provide support to the inpatient wards, Home Treatment Team and Mental Health Liaison Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and information service.
  • Coordinate activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
  • Provide cover to other teams on various sites as directed by the Team Leader in liaison with Locality Admin Co‑ordinator.
  • Assist in maintaining a high standard, quality administrative service.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Office; life‑typing skills preferred or willing to train.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a wider admin team.
  • Team‑player, flexible and willing to work unsocial hours.
