Motorsport Lecturer Lancashire
Salary: £39,505 plus £6,000 tax-free FE Levelling Up Fund
Think FE are working with a well-regarded college in Lancashire to recruit a Motorsport Lecturer to teach Level 3 and degree-level students. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong motor vehicle background and a genuine interest in motor sport, whether that is Formula 1, rallying, track work, performance engineering or the wider racing industry. You do not need previous teaching experience.
The college will support you through a Level 5 teaching apprenticeship, with protected weekly study time.

What you’ll be doingYou will teach Motorsport and related motor vehicle subjects to Level 3 and degree-level learners, helping students build the technical, practical and professional skills needed for careers in the motor sport and automotive industries.
What we’re looking for- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle
- A genuine interest in motor sport
- Strong industry knowledge or practical experience
- A positive, supportive approach to learners
- Motorsport experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential
