Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to work alongside our existing Senior Administrator, taking responsibility for the provision of a professional, efficient and confidential administration service to the Physical Health and Professional Practice portfolio within the Nursing and Quality Directorate, supporting the Service Leads and designated services.
Responsibilities- Programme / workshop administration
- IPC outbreak management support
- Proofreading reports
- Meeting preparation and minutes
- Other reasonable administration services in line with job description and requirements
You will support your peers to enable cross working as necessary, dealing and managing continuously developing demands, ensuring the provision of supervision and line management support for junior colleagues within the team.
You will have and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective working relationships at all levels, used internally and externally to the Trust, including contact with NHS and non-NHS organisations across the national health community.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency in the department through pro‑actively supporting the management team and playing a key role in ensuring that tasks across the office and department are managed and addressed accordingly.
