What you will do:
- Conduct timely assessments of children and families referred to the team, ensuring the safety and well-being of infants and minors in need.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of each case.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to coordinate effective care and intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate case records and produce detailed reports to inform ongoing service development.
- Engage with families and children to provide guidance and support, fostering resilience and long-term positive outcomes. Requirements for the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent in social work is essential.
- Current registration with Social Work England is mandatory.
- A substantial amount of frontline experience within UK social services is required, particularly working as a qualified social worker within duty and assessment.
