Provides support and conducts software testing of updates/new releases Manages templates within the Meditech IDM, AMB, PCM/EDM and Web Acute/ED software modules Tracks approval of new or revised templates Manages order sets and notifies applicable individuals of order sets scheduled to be reviewed Manages user access and assists with training of Dragon voice recognition software Manages user access to Dr. First software and assists with users training of Dr. First Manages the Access eForms Repository and assists with form/packet building and approval Creates and/or updates user/device access Acts as a resource and liason between clinical teams and IT Supports end-users as needed with workflows and troubleshooting issues Trains providers as needed # NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs additional duties as assigned## Adheres to facility Values, Service Excellence, or Standards of Excellence Works collaboratively with others inside and outside the department##### Consistently optimizes time efficiently and effectively#### #
