The Operations Administrator at Bevo will support essential functions in operations, labor management, and interdepartmental communication. Collaborating with the Operations Manager, you will enhance productivity by allocating tasks effectively and facilitating change management. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic settings and excel in both administrative duties and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan daily operations and allocate staff tasks efficiently
• Assist in change management initiatives to boost efficiency
• Manage information flow using ERP/PBI software
• Coordinate between sales, accounting, and shipping departments
• Analyze data to drive operational insights
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year working with ERP/Power BI
• Proficient in Office 365 and data management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Preferred experience in agriculture or greenhouse
