Key Responsibilities:

• Grade vegetables and fruits by size and quality

• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate various crops

• Operate and maintain essential farm equipment

• Detect health problems in crops and livestock

• Write daily progress reports on farming activities

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Physical endurance for heavy lifting and outdoor work

• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts

• Ability to distinguish colors for grading produce
