Skills Needed: Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/HR in international companies or recruitment agencies; • You are energetic, highly motivated, and self-directed; • Experience in direct search, headhunting and interviewing; • Ability to lead a full cycle of recruitment process and a good understanding of IT job market in Argentina; •Excellent communication and teamwork; • Advanced level of written and conversational English and Spanish. Would be a plus: • Experience in Sales/Marketing. • Knowledge of Argentiian work legislature. |
