Skills Needed: Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in customer service-oriented tasks.
• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience working with military families or community outreach programs.
• Basic administrative proficiency (e.g. word processing, completing and processing forms, and compiling minor statistical reports).
• English language proficiency - shall read, speak, write, and understand English sufficiently to clearly communicate with and instruct clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Previously held a position where the individual was authorized a valid Common Access Card (CAC) is preferred, but not mandatory.
