Ability to maintain reliable, regular, and timely work attendance; ability to work outside of regular business hours as required.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Knowledge of current human resource practices.
Ability to retain information.
Ability to read and comprehend a variety of legal and administrative documents.
Ability to prepare and present reports, both orally and in writing.
Ability to perform public speaking duties.
Ability to interpret  policies, laws, and regulations.
High functioning judgment to determine best course of action in situations.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with leadership, coworkers, and all members of the public.
Ability to professionally analyze and display data with necessary software applications (i.e. Microsoft programs).
Ability to maintain an organized, appropriate, and responsive work environment.
Ability to type and use a computer or mobile device.
