Skills Needed: REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project and office management with prior exposure in handling HR and payroll issues as a supervisor. • Strong time management, project management and organization skills.
• Good communication (in English) and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset.  
• Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
• Possess a high level of integrity & discretion.
• Self-driven personality and team player.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Skills Needed: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma, and 3 - 5 years progressive HR Generalist experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably within a retail or fashion and luxury premium products environment;
2. Ability to achieve and uphold a consistent, efficient level of Human Resources service and provide monthly reporting of HR service level and Human Capital metrics;
3. Working experience in Workday (HRIS) is preferred;
4. Capacity to timely generate successful candidates for all recruitment activities;
5. A focus on continuous improvement and being committed to learning new HR practices;
6. Strong analytical skills, sound business judgment and a proactive approach to problem solving;
7. Excellent time management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize diverse tasks within a fast-moving environment;
8. Willingness to travel nationally between 20-25% of working time
9. Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
